Upon signup for Boise Coffee Company's monthly delivery program, customer agrees to pay the subscription price every month until cancelled per the cancellation terms in these Terms & Conditions. Customer will receive a 12oz. bag of coffee in the flavor chosen every month, or every other week, as decided upon at checkout. First charge will post immediately after initial signup.

New subscriptions are eligible to receive one free 12oz. bag of coffee upon signup for the monthly subscription program.

Customer may cancel their subscription at any time with a 30 day written notice sent to hello@boisecoffeecompany.com. One additional payment and delivery may be charged after cancellation; product will be delivered for any and all charged orders unless it is chosen that the last order be applied to the free bag delivered at customer signup. 

If cancelled within 12 months from the date of signup then the free bag of coffee given at signup will be voided and customer will be charged $14.99 for the bag that they had received as a part of signup. This charge may be applied as the last charge and considered the last order for closeout of the account.

A refund may be granted at the sole discretion of Boise Coffee Company if product has not been sent to the roaster. No product that has been sent to the roaster or delivered to the customer will be accepted for a refund.

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Boise Coffee Company, LLC  (“COMPANY,” “we” or “us”). Through the Site and its related properties, the Company provides you with access to and the ability to purchase products, receive services, subscribe to content, and other information relating to your interests (collectively referred to as the “Services”). All Services are subject to this TOU, including any updates, enhancements, addition of site properties or features, or other changes made. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific pages of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Boise Coffee Company, LLC .

The Boise Coffee Company, LLC  Sites may allow you to purchase products and/or services offered by the Company or its affiliates. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or any other aspect of these products and services. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so. When making a purchase for a third party that requires you to submit the third party’s personal information to us or a merchant, you represent that you have obtained the express consent of such third party to provide such third party’s personal information. Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing of purchases is not permitted and will be considered unauthorized, an infringing use of our copyrighted material, and may subject violators to liability.

In the event that a payment is declined, we reserve the right to immediately disable access to materials. Access will be restored once any billing issues are resolved.

You grant Boise Coffee Company, LLC and all other persons or entities involved in the operation of the Site the right to transmit, monitor, retrieve, store, and use your information in connection with the operation of the Site. You acknowledge and agree that Boise Coffee Company, LLC may from time to time offer guarantees on services as defined by an agreement executed independently of the Site. In no way shall any statements or guarantees made on this site be construed as warranting any claim. Any and all warranties and claims are to be defined by said independent agreements.

Your purchase of any product, service, or other offering from the Site may or may not be eligible for a refund, should you request it. Refunds will be subject to the policy of each individual product, or agreement entered into and signed by you and Boise Coffee Company.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho in the United States of America (USA). Any dispute made against or by the Company shall be subject to binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho, USA. Should any provision of this agreement be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Boise Coffee Company, LLC reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, or any related policy at any time at our discretion. Any updates to these Terms of Use or other policy will be posted to the Site.
